1. Booking & Delivery

Turnaround: Final edited images will be delivered within 24 hours of the shoot ending (unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing).

Property Preparation: Properties should be clean, decluttered, and ready for photography upon arrival. Staging or heavy tidying is not included in the shoot time.

Weather & Access: If access to the property is delayed or hindered, or if extreme weather prevents safe exterior photography, shoot times or deliverables may need to be adjusted.

2. Licensing & Usage Rights

Client Usage: Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered photos for marketing, listing, and promoting the specific property (including on Rightmove, Zoopla, Airbnb, Booking.com, social media, and printed brochures).

Third-Party Use: This license is non-transferable. Third parties (such as secondary agents, interior designers, builders, or staging companies) may not use the images without prior written permission and payment of a separate licensing fee.

3. Portfolio & Self-Promotion

Photographer Usage: As the photographer, I retain the copyright to all images. I reserve the right to use selected photos for my own promotional purposes, including on my website portfolio, social media channels, and marketing materials.

Privacy & Discretion: I will never disclose sensitive client/owner personal details, precise address information, or security codes when displaying portfolio images.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Due: Invoices are issued upon image delivery (or prior to delivery for new clients) and are payable within [e.g., 7 days / 14 days] from the date of invoice.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Notice Required: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a shoot.

Short-Notice Fee: Cancellations or postponements made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% fee.

Cancellation on the day or if I'm unable to access the propery will be subject to a 75% fee.
